How much does an immigration psychological evaluation cost?

The two options

There are only two prices, and neither changes with the filing type, your state or the number of interviews the case needs.

• Standard delivery — $850 USD. Signed report within 30 days of the last interview.
• Priority delivery — $999 USD. Signed report within 15 days of the last interview.
• If your USCIS deadline is tight, priority is the right option.

What the price includes

The fee covers the whole clinical process, not just the interview.

• Intake and review of the material your attorney sends.
• Clinical interview by video call (one or two sessions, depending on the case).
• Standardized instruments administered and scored, such as the PCL-5.
• Written, signed clinical report in PDF, with license number.
• Delivery to you and, with your authorization, directly to your attorney.
• Wording clarifications for your attorney about the clinical findings.

What is not included

So there are no surprises: it does not include court testimony or appearances, certified translations of other documents, or ongoing psychological treatment. Online therapy is quoted separately ($70 USD per session, or 4 sessions for $230 USD).

Why it costs that

An immigration evaluation is not a 50-minute consultation. It involves a structured clinical interview, administering and scoring instruments, integrating the history, and writing a report that a USCIS officer or a judge will read. The price reflects clinical and writing hours, not the filing type.

How payment works

We arrange it by email before the first interview. Payment can be split in two: part at booking and part at delivery of the report. If your attorney is the one retaining the evaluation, we invoice the firm.

Comparing prices without getting burned

A very low price usually means a short report with no standardized instruments, and that shows in the record. A very high price guarantees nothing. Always ask which instruments are administered, who signs it, under which license, and the delivery time. We document clinical findings; nobody can promise you a case outcome.
